Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions about our service and everything you need to get the most out of your experience with us.
How much does SYNTHO cost?
We have memberships which range from £9.99 for a 7 day trial, and then options for monthly, quarterly and yearly memberships.
How often do you post new tutorials?
We post new tutorials weekly ranging from content from our in-house tutors and world touring guest artists.
What skill level do I need to join?
We have tutorials that cover all levels of experience, from complete beginners to advanced users. If you are just starting out, check out our 6-part Ableton Beginners Course, which will have you mastering the basics in no time. Otherwise, dive into our other tutorial ranges, which cover every possible area you need to improve your music production skills.
What languages are available?
Subtitles are available in 6 languages: English, French, German, Portuguese, Italian and Spanish.
Which DAW do i need to learn from your courses?
The majority of our tutorials are covered in Ableton; however, the choice is yours, as everything is transferable to whichever DAW you choose to use.
What is track feedback?
Track Feedback is a service offered by SYNTHO that provides aspiring electronic music producers with personalised, detailed critiques of their music tracks from professional electronic music producers. This enables you to fast track you productions in order to reach your goals faster, whether it is for DJ support or signing to labels.
Can I suggest a video?
Yes, you can via our contact us page.
How do I change my payment method?
You can manage your payment details by clicking on your user name in the top right corner of the website (option not available the mobile app) and going to My Profile > Additional Settings > Subscription > Payment Details.
If you wish to have more than one payment option saved, please ensure your preferred method is set as default.
How do I change my subscription?
You can change your subscription plan by clicking on your user name in the top right corner of the website (option not available the mobile app) and going to My Profile > Additional Settings > Subscription and clicking on “Change my plan”.
Where is my track feedback?
We aim to respond to Track Feedback requests within 7 days of the track being submitted, however sometimes this can take a little longer. If you’ve not received any feedback please get in touch using our contact us form and provide the date you submitted your track feedback request.
I want to change my track feedback link
As long as the track feedback request has not already been reviewed, please get in touch via our contact us form, providing a new track link and any request for feedback and we will do our best to update the request.
Where is the sample pack?
Downloadable content can be found in the video description in the app.
Can I get a refund?
Our standard policy is not to offer refunds if users do not cancel their subscription ahead of the renewal date.
All our price plans are subscription based and renew at the end of the term period, unless cancelled previous to that date. Please also see our terms and conditions, which you will have accepted when purchasing your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the website (option not available the mobile app) and visiting Additional Settings > Subscriptions.
